The note
About a month to go before departure for the west coast. I placed some ads in local media around Heartwood looking for someone who could take Sandy during the six months I'll be out there (and who wouldn't mind my visiting on the weekends)!

And am focusing more on finding a ride west .. got an ad on Rideboard.com [i put two there, look for "from Rochester"] and on Craig'sList.com. Let me know if you know of any other websites that would be good places to look for a ride.

ps - Started reading Power vs. Force: Hidden Determinants in human behavior the other day. Quite an amazing premise .. i'm already about half way through it. Let me know if you've read it, and whether or not you did the muscle-testing experiment.
